1/100 SS, F 5.6, ISO 200 (with 70-300 telephoto on a tripod)
Should have used a larger aperture...I wonder if it would have looked differently. By the way it will be a full moon on Thursday night when we have our little meeting. If it's clear maybe we can step outside for some shots. Bring your tripods if you have them and you longest lenses.

OK GREAT PICTURE!!!! Tell me how you got the details of the moon. This is really a neat picture. Wouldn't mind a copy of this picture too! WOW!!!
I am planning on coming to Photogroup as long as Mike gets home in time. Thursdays are his long OR days up in Seattle so I will just have to wait and see! Thanks for hosting it at your house. I'm sure it will be tons of fun!
Amazing that you took this with your own camera! You mentioned what lens you used, but what was the mm set to?
Umm..did you use the Hubble telescope to take this picture. The details are breathtaking..love your lens. Is this the telephoto?
i just can't belive it was clear enough to take this photo. i took a shot last night and was going t opost it but it was a little cloudy . great shot!
WOW! That is an amazing shot... do tell how you got it!
Can I day ditto. Laurie's comment was my favorite:) This is a great photo. I like it better than a full moon personally. It looks like a text book photo.
Wow! Great shot. Also I love the light behind the tree in the last one.
